I am the lucky mom to two amazing boys and I had the fortune of being a Preschool and PreK teacher for 15 years. I grew up in Pennsylvania, not that far from Philadelphia, and have lived in Japan, Washington D.C., Chicago and now reside close to Annapolis, MD. I have a TEFL certification and worked as a Reading Therapist as well as teaching overseas. I hold a B.A. in Music, a B.A. in English with a concentration in Theater and a M.S. in Early Childhood Education. In addition to this site I freelance write for online educational publications around the world and have designed curriculum for teachers, parents and children.
